Le tribunal de Bab El Oued a renvoyé le procès de Fethi Ghares au 12 Décembre.
Le coordinateur du MDS est poursuivi pour incitation à attroupement non armé, diffusion au public de publications pouvant porter atteinte à l'intérêt national et diffusion d'informations pouvant porter atteinte à l'ordre public. Il est sous mandat de dépôt depuis le 1er juillet dernier.
